We provide custom digital artwork that is printed and framed on demand. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, cropping, and layout may occur.

2. Orders

Customers are solely responsible for submitting accurate images, personalization details, and selecting the correct size. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in either GBP (£) or USD ($) depending on your store settings. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will not be altered.

4. Shipping

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a replacement:

  • Provide photographic evidence of the issue
