- Change of mind
- Errors in uploaded images
- Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We offer replacements or refunds only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a replacement or refund in these cases:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
- Email your request to our customer support team
